Deine Aufgaben:

Deine kreative Mitarbeit bei der Generierung von Strategien, Ideen und Lösungen für die User Experience der App und Website ist gefragt
Gemeinsam mit dem Team und der Feedback Crew bestehend aus echten Usern arbeitest Du an der Weiterentwicklung der App und der Website
Du entwirfst UI/UX Designs, erstellst Wireframes und Prototypen
Du entwickelst ein Design System proaktiv weiter
Arbeiten mit Fokus auf die Endanwender:innen und das Arbeiten im agilen Team ist Bestandteil Deines Tages, dabei nutzt Du Methoden und Mindset wie Design Thinking und Scrum in der Praxis

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du bringst Erfahrung im Bereich App Design und der Gestaltung von Web Applikationen mit
Du hast ein gutes Auge für Ästhetik und Liebe zum Detail in der visuellen Gestaltung sowie Vertrautheit mit gängigen UX-Methoden und Design-Tools (zum Beispiel Figma, Sketch, Invision, etc.)
Dir sind Arbeiten nach dem „Mobile-First-Ansatz“ in einem agilen und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld, wobei Du Dich an der Customer Journey unserer Personas orientierst nicht ganz fremd
Lernbereitschaft und selbstständiges Arbeiten gehören zu Deinen Stärken sowie eine sehr gute Ausdrucksweise
Mindestens drei Monate Zeit für das Praktikum – länger ist kein Problem 😉
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, runden Dein Profil ab.

Social Media Manager

As a social media manager at chaanz, you are the driving force behind our digital presence. You'll develop innovative social media strategies, create compelling content, and build an engaged online community. With your sense of trends and creative approach, you create buzz and increase the visibility of our brand. Your tasks:

Development and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy to make our brand better known and increase reach.
Creating appealing and creative content for our social media channels
Active monitoring and moderation of social media channels in order to respond promptly to inquiries, comments and messages from our community.
Identifying trends and new developments in social media in order to use them for our marketing strategy.
Working with other teams, particularly the marketing team, to ensure a consistent brand message.
Analysis of social media campaigns and derivation of measures to continuously improve performance.

What should you bring with you?

You are enthusiastic about social media and have an understanding of the various platforms and their target groups.
Experience in setting up and managing social media strategies, ideally in the context of a start-up or a dynamic corporate environment.
Creativity and the ability to create original content that appeals to our target audience.
Familiarity with social media tools and analytics to measure campaign success and gain insights for optimization
Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English.
Flexibility, resilience, and a willingness to work in an agile environment that is constantly growing and evolving.
A high degree of initiative and the ability to work independently and take on responsibility.
