System components are delivered by technology partner GET Systems (specialized additional modules). The GET Systems general terms and conditions and data protection regulations apply in addition to the GET Systems products and services listed separately in the offer. chaanz assumes no liability for this and only acts as an intermediary provider or general contractor. A cooperation agreement is concluded between GET Systems and chaanz. The services provided by GET Systems are subject to Austrian law, place of jurisdiction Salzburg.

Support and fulfillment
- Technical support for the components delivered by GET Systems is provided by GET Systems.
- GET Systems is responsible for delivering and providing the required services.
- Invoicing is carried out via Chaanz.
Other GET Systems regulations
Payment terms:
Unless otherwise agreed, the following applies: (in each case after invoicing, within 10 days)
Without discount:
• 20% upon order confirmation (but not earlier than 4 months before the first day of the event)
• 60% due 20 days before our team's arrival date (invoice will be sent 30 days in advance)
• 20% 5 days after the event
With cash discount:
• 80% upon order confirmation (but no earlier than 6 months before the first day of the event)
• 20% 5 days after the event
For wristbands, cards, or consumables:
• 100% upon signature - it is not possible to order from our suppliers without receipt of payment
Cancellation conditions:
• 20% is due immediately as an expense allowance and will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation
• No refund for bracelets/cards (can be reused next year)
• 50% of the total costs are due 3 months before the first opening day of the event, 100% from 10 days before the first opening day
Bulk prices & minimum quantity:
The Cashless & Access (Ticket Swap, Ticket Validation, Access Check) modules are tiered and the price offered is based on the expected unique figures. The tiered prices vary by up to 2 cents per unit per 1000 visitors, depending on the module. There is also a minimum quantity of the Cashless & Access products, which is set at 80% of the chips or tickets offered.
Infrastructure requirements:
For a smooth process on site, the GET team needs the following infrastructure:
• Back office (office/container with electricity, heating/cooling, internet) with office equipment (tables & chairs - no beer benches) for
entire crew (must be ready when the crew arrives)
• Central output point for the devices (recommendation: container with output window)
• Sufficient storage facilities including power connections (storage containers, office containers or other premises)
• All rooms must be lockable
• Network and power supply must be provided by the organizer. More information about this in Rider
• Our vehicles require a driving permit on site during construction and on event days; parking in the
Near the back office, smaller vehicles with loading area such as (Gator, cargo bikes, etc.) are provided by the organizer
• Accommodation & food will be provided by the organizer according to the rider
The infrastructure required for the GET system (e.g. scaffolding for self-service stations, fully equipped container, electricity and network, etc.) must be fully provided by the organizer at the agreed time. Should any of the points result in delivery delays on the part of the organizer or the contracted third party providers, it is pointed out that GET cannot guarantee the timely delivery of the services and reserves the right to charge for the additional costs incurred.
Staff on site:
The daily rates are flat rates per day (working hours in accordance with legal regulations). Should special shifts be necessary for whatever reason, we reserve the right to charge the additional costs incurred (aliquot hourly rate). Any special shifts may be notified with the organizer beforehand.
RFID media:
For security reasons (special coding file on the chip), the wristbands and cards with an RFID chip must be ordered via Global Event Technologies and can only be used with the GET system. In most cases, wristbands or cards are offered separately.
Offer validity:
The offer is valid until the expiry date and subject to availability. GET reserves the right to withdraw the offer before the expiry date if there is no more capacity to do so. Only the order confirmation confirms final availability. The prices offered are only valid for the specified service period.
Acceptance of the offer:
By accepting the offer, the General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the Order Data Processing Agreement (ADV), the Technical and Organizational Measures (TOM) and the Rider are accepted. The GET Rider defines the essential services required by the organizer so that GET can ensure the supplier performance. The requirements must be implemented before our project team arrives, so that GET can ensure a smooth set-up.
